| 10 | 8 | SECTION 1. Sections 1B(b) and (c), Chapter 19, Acts of the | |

| 12 | 10 | follows: | |
| 13 | 11 | (b) A directors' election shall be held on the uniform | |
| 14 | 12 | election date in May [third Saturday in January] in each | |
| 15 | 13 | odd-numbered [even-numbered] year to elect the appropriate number | |
| 16 | 14 | of directors. | |
| 17 | 15 | (c) Except as provided by this section, a directors' | |
