95 relating to a report on the sale of retail electric power by the
106 General Land Office.
117 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
128 SECTION 1. (a) The General Land Office shall collect
139 information on the sale of electric power by the General Land
1410 Office.
1511 (b) Not later than September 1, 2018, the General Land
1612 Office shall provide to the legislature a report on the information
1713 collected under Subsection (a). The report must include the
1814 following information for each year:
1915 (1) number of participants;
2016 (2) aggregate rates;
2117 (3) general contract terms; and
2218 (4) the extent of any fiscal impact on state resources
2319 of administering the program.
2420 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
