74 AN ACT
85 relating to the continuation of the women's health advisory
96 committee.
107 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
118 SECTION 1. Section 531.02221(e), Government Code, is
129 amended to read as follows:
1310 (e) The women's health advisory committee is abolished and
1411 this section expires September 1, 2019 [2017].
1512 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1613 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1714 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1815 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1916 Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
