| 11 | 11 | is amended by adding Section 521.0062 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 521.0062. INFORMATION ON DRIVING WITH AUTISM. The | |
| 13 | 13 | department may make available, in a publicly accessible area of a | |
| 14 | 14 | driver's license office, informational materials and videos on | |
| 15 | 15 | driving with autism that are developed by an appropriate entity, as | |
| 16 | 16 | determined by the department. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
