| 13 | 13 | government should not focus on intimidating elected officials and | |
| 14 | 14 | should instead focus on creating common sense legislation and | |
| 15 | 15 | policies for the betterment of our country; now, therefore, be it | |
| 16 | 16 | RESOLVED, That the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas | |
| 17 | 17 | hereby encourage the President of the United States to refrain from | |
| 18 | 18 | threatening elected officials. |
