1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 105
2	2	WHEREAS, Jack and Gladys Hamilton of Troup celebrated
3	3	their 60th wedding anniversary on July 27, 2016, and they may
4	4	indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have
5	5	shared; and
6	6	WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1956, Jack Hamilton and
7	7	the former Gladys McDougal exchanged the vows of matrimony in
8	8	Troup, and over the course of their marriage, they have found in
9	9	each other a loving life partner; and
10	10	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton count among their blessings
11	11	a fine family that includes their children, as well as their
12	12	numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, with whom they
13	13	treasure spending many special occasions; and
14	14	WHEREAS, For six decades, Jack and Gladys Hamilton have
15	15	brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and
16	16	it is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment;
17	17	now, therefore, be it
18	18	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
19	19	Legislature, hereby congratulate Jack and Gladys Hamilton on
20	20	their 60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best
21	21	wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
22	22	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
23	23	Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton as an expression of high regard from the
24	24	Texas Senate.
