1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 168
2	2	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	3	recognize Cynthia J. Rokovich, who reached a milestone in her
4	4	career on January 28, 2017, which marked 40 years of loyal and
5	5	distinguished service to the state; and
6	6	WHEREAS, Cindy Rokovich began her career in state service
7	7	with the Texas Employment Commission, which later became the
8	8	Texas Workforce Commission, and for 40 years, she has helped
9	9	the state agency to succeed in its mission of service; and
10	10	WHEREAS, Cindy is a certified Texas contract manager in the
11	11	Grant Administration Department, where she is responsible for
12	12	coordinating various contracts for the commission; she has
13	13	continued her professional training throughout her years of
14	14	service, and she has consistently handled her responsibilities
15	15	with exceptional efficiency and dedication; and
16	16	WHEREAS, A talented and resourceful individual, Cindy
17	17	Rokovich is respected and admired by her colleagues, and she is
18	18	indeed deserving of recognition for her years of excellent service
19	19	with the Texas Workforce Commission; now, therefore, be it
20	20	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
21	21	Legislature, hereby commend Cynthia J. Rokovich on 40 years of
22	22	exceptional state service and extend to her best wishes in all
23	23	her future endeavors; and, be it further
24	24	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her
25	25	as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
