| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Roland P. Cochran on the occasion of his 50th |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Roland Cochran was born on February 26, 1967, in |

| 6 | 6 | | Killeen; he is an exemplary citizen who is well known for his |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | outstanding problem-solving skills and his willingness to assist |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | others; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, He is an expert metal fabricator, mechanic, and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | all-around handyman; he has been a motorcycle enthusiast for more |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | than 35 years and an explorer of Texas state parks and back roads; |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | he is an accomplished and popular musician who has played for |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | many years in Austin; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This native Texan is beloved by his family and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | friends and is truly deserving of special recognition for his |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | many talents; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Legislature, hereby extend best wishes to Roland P. Cochran on |

| 19 | 19 | | his 50th birthday; and, be it further |

| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
