1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 365
2	2	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	3	recognize Daniel Scaramuzzi for achieving the rank of
4	4	Eagle Scout; this fine young man joined the elite corps of Eagles
5	5	recently and was presented the coveted Eagle Badge at a Court of
6	6	Honor; and
7	7	WHEREAS, Few achieve this distinguished honor; only a
8	8	small percentage of boys in the Boy Scout program attain the rank
9	9	of Eagle Scout; and
10	10	WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
11	11	promise, Daniel advanced through the ranks of Tenderfoot,
12	12	Second, First, Star, and Life classes before reaching Eagle
13	13	Scout; and
14	14	WHEREAS, This personable young man displayed leadership
15	15	through planning, developing, and conducting a service project
16	16	that benefited his community; he is truly a shining example to
17	17	his fellow Scouts and the young people of Texas; and
18	18	WHEREAS, By becoming an Eagle Scout, Daniel has brought
19	19	great honor to himself, his family, his troop, his community, and
20	20	his state; now, therefore, be it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
22	22	Legislature, hereby commend Daniel Scaramuzzi on receiving this
23	23	prestigious honor and congratulate him on his outstanding
24	24	achievement; and, be it further
25	25	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
26	26	Eagle Scout Scaramuzzi as an expression of esteem from the
27	27	Texas Senate.
