1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 396
2	2	WHEREAS, Kyle Pogue has recently been honored by the Boy
3	3	Scout program for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, a rank
4	4	achieved by only a small percentage of boys in the program; and
5	5	WHEREAS, This fine young man displayed outstanding
6	6	leadership through the planning and execution of a service
7	7	project that has benefited his community; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Kyle advanced through the ranks of Tenderfoot,
9	9	Second, First, Star, and Life classes before reaching the rank of
10	10	Eagle Scout by following the principles of the Scout oath and
11	11	promise; and
12	12	WHEREAS, By becoming an Eagle Scout, this personable young
13	13	man has brought great distinction to himself, his family, his
14	14	troop, his community, and his state; and
15	15	WHEREAS, Kyle is an exceptional representative of the
16	16	State of Texas and a sterling example to all who have the good
17	17	fortune to know him; now, therefore, be it
18	18	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
19	19	Legislature, hereby commend Kyle Pogue on earning the rank of
20	20	Eagle Scout and congratulate him on his great achievement; and,
21	21	be it further
22	22	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
23	23	Eagle Scout Pogue as an expression of high regard from the
24	24	Texas Senate.
