| 6 | 6 | | Pflugerville; it now publishes 22 hyperlocal monthly editions in |

| 7 | 7 | | the Austin, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan areas, |

| 8 | 8 | | reaching more than 1.7 million households and businesses; |

| 9 | 9 | | according to INC. magazine, it ranks as the state's |

| 10 | 10 | | fastest-growing news organization; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Community Impact Newspaper remains independently |

| 12 | 12 | | owned and locally operated and has a staff that has grown to |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | include more than 180 employees; between 2007 and 2016, the |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | company received 106 awards for outstanding journalism and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | advertising design from the National Newspaper Association, and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | it was named the 2015 Business of the Year by the Round Rock |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Garrett received the 2016 Media Award |

| 18 | 18 | | from the Texas School Public Relations Association, and in 2014, |

| 19 | 19 | | the Austin Chamber of Commerce selected him for the KPMG |

| 20 | 20 | | Executive Leadership Award; the Austin Business Journal selected |
