| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Junior Leadership Granbury is a program sponsored |

| 6 | 6 | | by Leadership Granbury for local high school juniors; it is designed |

| 7 | 7 | | to create awareness of the community's resources and needs, |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | enhance the students' leadership skills, and help to identify future |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | leaders; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, This exemplary initiative gives young people the |

| 11 | 11 | | opportunity to interact with area leaders and business owners and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | to gain an understanding of the networking skills and work habits |

| 13 | 13 | | necessary to succeed and thrive in today's complex world; and |
