SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 493
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes great
pleasure in recognizing Rafe Jordan Borne of Brazoria County on
his high school graduation; and
WHEREAS, As a homeschooler, Rafe has demonstrated his
determination to accomplish the goals he set for himself, and he
has fulfilled the requirements for a high school diploma; and
WHEREAS, Having successfully faced the many challenges of
a homeschool education, Rafe now embarks on an adventure into a
world for which he is well prepared and that holds countless
exciting opportunities for him; and
WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is proud to recognize Rafe Borne
on his outstanding achievement; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
Legislature, hereby commend Rafe Jordan Borne for his
exceptional accomplishments and extend to him best wishes for
future success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
this exemplary young Texan as an expression of esteem from the
Texas Senate.
