| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 2003, the Asian Real Estate |

| 7 | 7 | | promotes sustainable home ownership and property investment for |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | Asian Americans and works to increase business opportunities for |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | the professionals who serve this growing community; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Through an extensive network of more than 15,000 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | real estate agents and mortgage and housing-related professionals, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | the association is the only trade association dedicated to |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | representing the interests of the national Asian American real |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | estate market; in addition, the association and its local chapters |

| 15 | 15 | | advocate on behalf of state and national policy positions that |

| 16 | 16 | | reduce the barriers preventing home ownership among members of |
