| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Frenchy and Teri Rheault for their many contributions |

| 4 | 4 | | to the Denton community; and |
|---|
| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Frenchy and Teri Rheault are the owners of |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | Frenchy's Lawn and Tree Service; since opening the business 28 |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | years ago, they have more than lived up to the company's slogan, |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | "We don't just mow lawns, we take care of people"; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, They support a wide range of causes and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | organizations by serving on boards, providing free landscaping |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | services to nonprofit organizations, and parking one of their |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | company's unique orange vans outside of fund-raising events to |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | encourage participation; the many organizations that have |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | benefited from their largesse and hard work include Friends of |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | the Family, Hearts for Homes, Fred Moore Day Nursery School, |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Interfaith Ministries, and United Way of Denton County; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, A retired United States Air Force master sergeant |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | and Vietnam veteran, Frenchy is noted for his undying patriotism |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | and his support of the nation's armed forces; his company's |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | well-known vans are often seen displaying American flags, and his |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | support for such organizations as the Veterans of Foreign Wars, |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | the Vietnam Veterans of America, and the Honor Flight Network is |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | an inspiration to all who know him; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Frenchy and Teri are also passionate advocates |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | for people with disabilities, and they have donated motorized |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | wheelchairs to disabled veterans and encouraged wheelchair |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | accessibility at local businesses; they have had a positive |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | impact on the lives of countless Denton citizens, and it is |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | truly fitting that they receive special recognition; now, |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | therefore, be it |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | Legislature, hereby commend Frenchy and Teri Rheault on their |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | commitment to community service and extend to them best wishes |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | for continued success in all their endeavors; and, be it further |

| 35 | 35 | | RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
