                            SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 775
 WHEREAS, Cohen Ward of Troop 405 in Georgetown is being
 honored by the Boy Scout program for attaining the rank of Eagle
 Scout; and
 WHEREAS, Cohen planned, developed, and conducted a service
 project that has benefited his community, and he is recognized as
 an outstanding leader; he constructed 15 wood duck boxes and
 placed them around Lake Granger to help increase the duck
 population; and
 WHEREAS, Cohen has brought great honor to himself in
 earning the coveted Eagle Badge, and his family, his troop, his
 community, and his state are justly proud of his great
 accomplishment; and
 WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
 promise, this personable young man advanced through the ranks of
 Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star, and Life classes before
 reaching Eagle Scout; and
 WHEREAS, Cohen has become one of the select few to have
 earned this prestigious honor, and he is a shining example to the
 young people of Texas; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th
 Legislature, hereby congratulate Cohen Ward on becoming an Eagle
 Scout and commend him on this great achievement; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 Eagle Scout Ward as an expression of high regard from the
 Texas Senate.
