|---|

| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The young athletes have demonstrated talent and |

| 11 | 11 | | perseverance on the field and have worked diligently to meet |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, The Rising Scholars Academy of South Texas and the |

| 23 | 23 | | citizens of San Benito are proud of the Lady Rockets for their hard |

| 24 | 24 | | work, their impressive skills, and their fine sportsmanship; now, |
