| 9 | 10 | | Pennsylvania, on December 3, 1935, to Frank and Jean Galitski, and |

| 10 | 11 | | he grew up with a brother, Jim, and a sister, Patricia; after |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | graduating from high school, he answered his nation's call to duty |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, In 1958, Mr. Galitski married the former Annette |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Blazina, with whom he shared 55 years before her death; the couple |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | were blessed with three children, Frank, Linda, and John; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of a long and successful career in |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | the aviation industry, Mr. Galitski specialized in rotary wing |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | aircraft, starting at Sikorsky Aircraft and retiring from Bell |

| 19 | 20 | | Helicopter; his job allowed him to travel, and he and his wife |

| 20 | 21 | | visited such well-known sites as Stonehenge, the Acropolis, the |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | Colosseum, the Panama Canal, and the Amazon River, as well as many |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | other places in Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific; they also lived |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | for a time in Tehran, Iran, and in Chinhae, South Korea; and |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, An avid reader, Mr. Galitski also enjoyed cheering |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | on the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers; he especially |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | delighted in spending time with his grandchildren, Daniel, |
|---|
| 27 | 28 | | Elizabeth, Gina, Steven, Anna, Jarrott, Chelsea, and Dakkota, and |

| 28 | 29 | | his great-grandchild, Tayton; he was also a devout Catholic and an |
|---|
| 29 | 30 | | active member of Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish and the Serra Club; |
