| 10 | 11 | | highest academic standards; Ms. Morris demonstrated a thorough |

| 12 | 13 | | this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Chris and Lynelle Morris, Ms. Morris |
