 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Town Square Title is celebrating its 10th
 anniversary in 2018, marking a decade of vital service to residents
 of North Central Texas; and
 WHEREAS, Town Square Title opened in February 2008 with just
 four employees at a single location in Ellis County, and during its
 first month of operation, its small team assisted in closing seven
 real estate transactions; today, Town Square boasts more than 40
 employees with over 350 years of combined expertise in the title
 business; these outstanding staff members handle nearly 2,500
 closings a year, skillfully coordinating with every party to the
 transaction, including the principals, the realtor, and the lender;
 and
 WHEREAS, The business has grown to encompass seven branches
 in Waxahachie, Granbury, Burleson, Red Oak, and Midlothian, as well
 as a mobile closing service, with licensure to operate in 10
 counties; its transactions are backed up by such national
 underwriters as National Investors, First National Title Insurance
 Company, and Old Republic Title; and
 WHEREAS, The people of Texas benefit from a vibrant and
 diversified economy, and businesses that are rooted in their
 communities are to be commended for the vital role they play in
 furthering the prosperity of the Lone Star State; now, therefore,
 be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Town Square
 Title on its 10th anniversary and extend to all those associated
 with the enterprise sincere best wishes for continued success; and,
 be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Town Square Title as an expression of high regard by
 the Texas House of Representatives.
