| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since its organization, First Missionary Baptist |

| 10 | 11 | | outstanding clergymen, including Reverend Dencil Wheaton, who |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, United by their shared faith and strong traditions, |

| 13 | 14 | | the members of this notable house of worship have established a |

| 14 | 15 | | variety of commendable programs that foster fellowship and offer |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Countless area residents have looked to First |
