| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Paul Way has served with distinction as Democratic |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Because public policy affects our daily lives, |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, It is most appropriate that we take this opportunity |
