| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, An Austin native, Ms. Martinez graduated in 2014 |

| 14 | 15 | | from Westlake High School, and she enrolled at Texas Tech that same |

| 16 | 17 | | science, she has played a prominent role in the Student Government |
