| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The "Heartbreaker," as he is known to his fans, |

| 10 | 11 | | hails from a family that is becoming synonymous with boxing |

| 11 | 12 | | excellence; his older brother is former lightweight champion Omar |

| 12 | 13 | | "Panterita" Figueroa Jr., and Brandon honed his skills by sparring |

| 13 | 14 | | with him; both brothers have benefited from the guidance of their |

| 14 | 15 | | father, Omar Figueroa Sr., who has served as their trainer, and the |

| 15 | 16 | | support of their mother, Judith Figueroa; and |
