| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, C. J. Hilliard is serving as a member of the Pilot |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, In her role with the Pilot Point City Council, |

| 9 | 10 | | Ms. Hilliard partners closely with other council members to ensure |

| 10 | 11 | | that constituent needs are met and the city's goals, including |

| 11 | 12 | | infrastructure improvements and other major projects, are |
|---|

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of |

| 14 | 15 | | life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts |

| 15 | 16 | | of C. J. Hilliard are helping to make Pilot Point an even better |
