| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Shea Dane-Patterson is serving as mayor of the Pilot |

| 6 | 7 | | Point City Council and she is indeed deserving of recognition for |

| 7 | 8 | | her outstanding contributions to the community; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, In her role with the Pilot Point City Council, Mayor |

| 9 | 10 | | Dane-Patterson partners closely with other council members to |

| 10 | 11 | | ensure that constituent needs are met and the city's goals, |

| 11 | 12 | | including infrastructure improvements and other major projects, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | are achieved; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of |

| 14 | 15 | | life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts |

| 15 | 16 | | of Shea Dane-Patterson are helping to make Pilot Point an even |

| 16 | 17 | | better place in which to live and work; now, therefore, be it |

| 17 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |

| 18 | 19 | | Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Shea |
