| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, School boards play a crucial role in meeting the |

| 7 | 8 | | Anne Marie Afflerbach is indeed deserving of recognition for her |

| 10 | 11 | | and nation is to empower children to become productive contributors |

| 11 | 12 | | to society in an ever-changing world; to that end, Ms. Afflerbach |
