| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Isaac Russell Tasker of Boy Scouts of America Troop |

| 6 | 7 | | No. 116 in Bowie has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, and this |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The Eagle Scout badge is a significant honor |

| 9 | 10 | | bestowed on only a small fraction of those who enter the scouting |

| 10 | 11 | | movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding criteria, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Tasker earned 28 merit badges, including one requiring |

| 12 | 13 | | expertise in welding, and he successfully completed an Eagle Scout |
