| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Born in Palestine in 1917, Mrs. Burks is the |

| 10 | 11 | | daughter of Pearl Martin and Robert Hogan Sr.; today, she is the |

| 11 | 12 | | cherished matriarch of a very large family that includes 6 |

| 12 | 13 | | children, 19 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 12 |

| 13 | 14 | | great-great-grandchildren; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of a historic century, Mrs. Burks |

| 15 | 16 | | has witnessed a panorama of change; the wisdom and experience that |
