| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Kurt Hall is serving as a member of the Tioga City |

| 6 | 7 | | Council and he is indeed deserving of recognition for his |

| 7 | 8 | | outstanding contributions to the community; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, In his role with the Tioga City Council, Mr. Hall |

| 9 | 10 | | partners closely with other council members to ensure that |

| 10 | 11 | | constituent needs are met and the city's goals, including |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | infrastructure improvements and other major projects, are |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | achieved; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of |

| 14 | 15 | | life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts |

| 15 | 16 | | of Kurt Hall are helping to make Tioga an even better place in which |

| 16 | 17 | | to live and work; now, therefore, be it |

| 17 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |

| 18 | 19 | | Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend Kurt Hall for his |

| 19 | 20 | | service to the City of Tioga and extend to him sincere appreciation |
