| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This athletically gifted young Texan was a student |

| 15 | 16 | | at Palmer High School, where he was a member of the football team |

| 16 | 17 | | and also excelled at weight lifting; in his free time, he enjoyed |

| 17 | 18 | | cooking and took great delight in his 1996 GMC short-bed truck; |

| 18 | 19 | | above all else, he deeply cherished his family; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Although his days were far too few, Rudy Segura made |

| 20 | 21 | | a positive and lasting difference in the lives he touched, and he |

| 21 | 22 | | will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those fortunate |
