| 6 | 6 | | loss of Thomas Matthew Larry of Hallsville, who died on August 7, |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born to Pamela and Kedrick Larry on March 17, |

| 9 | 9 | | 2006, Thomas Larry was a student at Hallsville Intermediate |

| 10 | 10 | | School, where his insightful and lively participation in |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | classroom activities was appreciated by his teachers and fellow |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | students alike; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Thomas was an enthusiastic member of Troop No. 620 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | of the Boy Scouts of America; blessed with an infectious smile |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and an engaging sense of humor, he made numerous friends and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | brightened their days with his hugs and jokes; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Although it is immeasurably painful to lose someone |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | so young, those left behind may find comfort in knowing that |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | their lives have been forever enriched by the joyful times that |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | they shared with this beloved young man; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory |

| 23 | 23 | | of Thomas Matthew Larry and extend heartfelt sympathy to the |

| 24 | 24 | | members of his family: to his parents, Pamela and Kedrick Larry; |

| 25 | 25 | | to his brothers, Jake Billings and his wife, Nicole, Chris Larry, |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | and John Larry; to his grandparents, Terry and Helen Braun and |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | Willie Mae Williams; to his uncles and aunt, Father Justin Braun |

| 28 | 28 | | and Nicole and Travis Scott; to his nephew, Joshua; to his |
