| 13 | 13 | Sec. 39.113. SERVICE PLAN WEBSITE PROHIBITED. The | |
| 14 | 14 | commission may not operate or contract with another person to | |
| 15 | 15 | operate a website that lists retail electric service plans or | |
| 16 | 16 | providers for the purpose of enabling or assisting a customer's | |
| 17 | 17 | selection of a retail electric service plan or provider. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
