| 7 | 14 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 15 | | SECTION 1. Section 386.001(2), Health and Safety Code, is |
|---|
| 9 | 16 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 10 | 17 | | (2) "Affected county" includes: |
|---|
| 11 | 18 | | (A) Bastrop County; |
|---|
| 12 | 19 | | (B) Bexar County; |
|---|
| 13 | 20 | | (C) Caldwell County; |
|---|

|---|
