| 12 | 12 | (g) A child-care facility may provide notice on the | |
| 13 | 13 | percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in | |
| 14 | 14 | accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
