| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 39.083, Education Code, is amended by | |
| 12 | 12 | adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | (b-1) In addition to the information required by Subsection | |
| 14 | 14 | (b), the annual financial management report must include a | |
| 15 | 15 | description of the district's total expenses related to | |
| 16 | 16 | administering an assessment instrument required under Section | |
| 17 | 17 | 39.023, as determined in accordance with the methodology | |
| 18 | 18 | established by the agency for calculating total expenses. This | |
| 19 | 19 | subsection expires September 1, 2021. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
