| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. Section 622.101, Transportation Code, is amended | |
| 15 | 15 | by amending Subsection (b) and adding Subsection (c) to read as | |
| 16 | 16 | follows: | |
| 17 | 17 | (b) A single motor vehicle that transports agricultural | |
| 18 | 18 | products under Subsection (a) [this section] must be registered | |
| 19 | 19 | under Section 504.505. | |
| 20 | 20 | (c) A truck-tractor operated in combination with a | |
| 21 | 21 | semitrailer and used to transport seed cotton or cotton may not be | |
| 22 | 22 | operated on a highway or road if the vehicle is higher than 14 feet 6 | |
| 23 | 23 | inches. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
