| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 28, Education Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Section 28.0151 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 28.0151. TRANSLATION OF INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS ON | |
| 14 | 14 | CURRICULUM REQUIREMENTS. The agency must make available in | |
| 15 | 15 | English, Spanish, and Vietnamese any materials the agency develops | |
| 16 | 16 | to provide the public with information regarding the essential | |
| 17 | 17 | knowledge and skills of the required curriculum under Section | |
| 18 | 18 | 28.002, regardless of the format in which the materials are | |
| 19 | 19 | provided. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
