| 12 | - | SECTION 1. Sections 8871.024(a) and (e), Special District | |
| 13 | - | Local Laws Code, are amended to read as follows: | |
| 14 | - | (a) The temporary directors shall order an election in the | |
| 15 | - | district, to be held not later than the uniform election date in | |
| 16 | - | November 2019 [May 2018], to confirm the creation of the district | |
| 17 | - | and to elect the initial directors. | |
