| 13 | 13 | (a) The Railroad Commission of Texas is delegated all | |
| 14 | 14 | purchasing functions relating to purchases under: | |
| 15 | 15 | (1) Chapter 89, Natural Resources Code; [or] | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) Sections 81.067 and 81.068, Natural Resources | |
| 17 | 17 | Code; and | |
| 18 | 18 | (3) Chapters 131 and 134, Natural Resources Code. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
