| 12 | 12 | Sec. 212.0102. STANDARDS FOR PRIVATE ROAD OR STREET IN | |
| 13 | 13 | SUBDIVISION. A municipality may not impose a higher standard for a | |
| 14 | 14 | private road or street in a subdivision than the municipality | |
| 15 | 15 | imposes on itself for the construction of roads or streets of a | |
| 16 | 16 | similar type and with a similar amount of traffic. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
