| 12 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 363.181, Local Government Code, is | |
| 13 | 11 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 14 | 12 | Sec. 363.181. ELECTION REQUIRED. (a) The governing body | |
| 15 | - | that created a crime control and prevention district may add all or | |
| 16 | - | part of the territory in the political subdivision governed by that | |
| 17 | - | body to the district and the district may impose a tax in that | |
| 18 | - | territory only if the addition of the territory and the imposition | |
