| 7 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 504.320, Transportation Code, is amended |
|---|
| 9 | 15 | | by amending Subsection (a) and adding Subsection (c-2) to read as |
|---|
| 10 | 16 | | follows: |

| 11 | 17 | | (a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for |
|---|
| 12 | 18 | | recipients of the Combat Action Badge. License plates issued under |
|---|
| 13 | 19 | | this subsection must include the Combat Action Badge [Combat |
|---|
| 14 | 20 | | Infantryman] emblem and must include the words "Combat Action |
|---|
| 15 | 21 | | Badge" at the bottom of each plate. |
|---|
| 16 | 22 | | (c-2) The department shall issue specialty license plates |
|---|
| 17 | 23 | | for recipients of the Combat Infantryman Badge. License plates |
|---|
| 18 | 24 | | issued under this subsection must include the Combat Infantryman |

| 19 | 25 | | Badge emblem and must include the words "Combat Infantryman Badge" |
