| 9 | 14 | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code, | |
| 10 | 15 | is amended by adding Section 225.152 to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 16 | Sec. 225.152. HENRY GALLEGOS, SR., MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. (a) | |
| 12 | 17 | Spur 16 in El Paso County is designated as the Henry Gallegos, Sr., | |
| 13 | 18 | Memorial Highway. | |
| 14 | 19 | (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall: | |
| 15 | 20 | (1) design and construct markers indicating the | |
| 16 | 21 | designation as the Henry Gallegos, Sr., Memorial Highway and any | |
| 17 | 22 | other appropriate information; and | |
| 18 | 23 | (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at | |
| 19 | 24 | appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. | |
| 20 | 25 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | |
