| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 111.101(e), Transportation Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (e) A fee collected under this section shall be deposited to | |
| 13 | 13 | the credit of the state highway fund [general revenue fund] to be | |
| 14 | 14 | used for the rail safety program. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. Section 111.103, Transportation Code, is amended | |
| 16 | 16 | by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows: | |
| 17 | 17 | (f) A fee collected under this section shall be deposited to | |
| 18 | 18 | the credit of the state highway fund. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. Section 471.005(c), Transportation Code, is | |
| 20 | 20 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 21 | 21 | (c) Money received under Subsection (a)(2) shall be | |
| 22 | 22 | deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the state highway | |
| 23 | 23 | fund. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
