| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 11.1513, Education Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (k) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (k) A school district shall post on the district's Internet | |
| 13 | 13 | website, if the district has a website, the employment policy | |
| 14 | 14 | adopted by the district's board of trustees under Subsection (a) | |
| 15 | 15 | and the full text of any regulations or forms referenced in the | |
| 16 | 16 | policy. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
