| 14 | 12 | Sec. 6.0601. CONSULTATION REGARDING CERTAIN FINANCIAL | |
| 15 | 13 | MATTERS; CLOSED MEETING. (a) The board may hold a closed meeting | |
| 16 | - | to consider and discuss financial matters related to the investment | |
| 17 | - | or potential investment of the board's funds. | |
