| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 418.013, Government Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (e) Not later than the 90th day after the declaration of a | |
| 13 | 13 | disaster under Section 418.014, the emergency management council, | |
| 14 | 14 | or the office of the governor if the council is not established | |
| 15 | 15 | under this section, shall prepare and submit to the governor, | |
| 16 | 16 | lieutenant governor, comptroller, and legislature a report | |
| 17 | 17 | identifying all projects related to the disaster that require | |
| 18 | 18 | federal funding. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
