5	5	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
6	6	AN ACT
7	7	relating to the boundaries of San Patricio County.
8	8	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
9	9	SECTION 1. The territorial boundaries of San Patricio
10	10	County include the following properties:
11	11	(1) Oxy's Pier: A pier and related facilities owned by
12	12	Occidental Chemical Corporation (Oxy) and that extend from Oxy's
13	13	facilities on the mainland of San Patricio County into the La Quinta
14	14	Ship Channel and the waters of the La Quinta Ship Channel
15	15	intervening between the detached parts of Donnell and Ingleside
16	16	Points and the mainland, and are appurtenant to and improvements of
17	17	Oxy's real property in San Patricio County;
18	18	(2) Oxy's Submerged Land: Submerged land owned by Oxy
19	19	and consisting of approximately 36.663 acres, attached to the
20	20	mainland of San Patricio County and located in the La Quinta Ship
21	21	Channel and waters of the La Quinta Ship Channel intervening
22	22	between the detached parts of Donnell and Ingleside Points and the
23	23	mainland;
24	24	(3) Sherwin's Pier: A pier and related facilities
25	25	owned by Sherwin Alumina Company (Sherwin) and that extend from
26	26	Sherwin's facilities on the mainland of San Patricio County into
27	27	the La Quinta Ship Channel and the waters of the La Quinta Ship
28	28	Channel intervening between the detached parts of Donnell and
29	29	Ingleside Points and the mainland, and are appurtenant to and
30	30	improvements of Sherwin's real property in San Patricio County;
31	31	(4) Sherwin's Submerged Land: Submerged land owned by
32	32	Sherwin and consisting of approximately 41.458 acres that are
33	33	attached to the mainland of San Patricio County and located in the
34	34	La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the La Quinta Ship Channel
35	35	intervening between the detached parts of Donnell and Ingleside
36	36	Points and the mainland;
37	37	(5) Kiewit's Submerged Land No. l: Submerged land
38	38	owned by Kiewit Offshore Services, Ltd. (Kiewit) 13 and consisting
39	39	of the approximately 74.723 acres attached to the San Patricio
40	40	County mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters
41	41	of the La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached
42	42	parts of Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland;
43	43	(6) Kiewit Submerged Land No. 2: Submerged land owned
44	44	by Kiewit and consisting of the approximately 105.477 acres
45	45	attached to the San Patricio County mainland and located in the La
46	46	Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the La Quinta Ship Channel
47	47	intervening between the detached parts of Donnell and Ingleside
48	48	Points and the mainland;
49	49	(7) Kiewit's Pier: Former Navy pier and related
50	50	facilities owned by Kiewit and that extend from Kiewit's facilities
51	51	on the mainland of San Patricio County into the La Quinta Ship
52	52	Channel and the waters of the La Quinta Ship Channel intervening
53	53	between the detached parts of Donnell and Ingleside Points and the
54	54	mainland, and are appurtenant to and improvements of Kiewit's real
55	55	property in San Patricio County;
56	56	(8) Flint Hills Pier, also known as Flint Hills New
57	57	Dock: Former Navy loading pier or small craft pier, and related
58	58	facilities owned by Flint Hills Resources LP and that extend from
59	59	Flint Hills Resources LP's facilities on the mainland of San
60	60	Patricio County, and are appurtenant to and improvements of Flint
61	61	Hills Resources LP's real property in San Patricio County;
62	62	(9) Flint Hills Facility, also known as Flint Hills
63	63	Ex-Navy Dock: Former Navy Facilities owned by and that extend from
64	64	Flint Hills Resources LP's facilities on the mainland of San
65	65	Patricio County, and are appurtenant to and improvements of Flint
66	66	Hills Resources LP's real property in San Patricio County;
67	67	(10) Signet Maritime Submerged Land No. l: Submerged
68	68	land owned by Signet Maritime Corporation, consisting of
69	69	approximately 1.80 acres attached to the San Patricio County
70	70	mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the
71	71	La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached parts of
72	72	Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland;
73	73	(11) Signet Maritime Submerged Land No. 2: Submerged
74	74	land owned by Signet Maritime Corporation, consisting of
75	75	approximately 3.887 acres attached to the San Patricio County
76	76	mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the
77	77	La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached parts of
78	78	Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland;
79	79	(12) Signet Maritime Submerged Land No. 3: Submerged
80	80	land owned by Signet Maritime Corporation, consisting of
81	81	approximately 4.855 acres attached to the San Patricio County
82	82	mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the
83	83	La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached parts of
84	84	Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland;
85	85	(13) Signet Maritime Submerged Land No. 4: Submerged
86	86	land owned by Signet Maritime Corporation, consisting of
87	87	approximately 1.78 acres attached to the San Patricio County
88	88	mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the
89	89	La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached parts of
90	90	Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland; and
91	91	(14) Corpus Christi LNG's Submerged Land: Submerged
92	92	land owned by Corpus Christi LNG/Cheniere Energy Inc., consisting
93	93	of approximately 52.25 acres attached to the San Patricio County
94	94	mainland and located in the La Quinta Ship Channel and waters of the
95	95	La Quinta Ship Channel intervening between the detached parts of
96	96	Donnell and Ingleside Points and the mainland.
97	97	SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
98	98	a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
99	99	provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
100	100	Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
101	101	Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
