| 24 | | - | Engineers every five years, adopt the revised National Electrical |

| 43 | | - | examination was administered, and the former law is continued in |

| 44 | | - | effect for that purpose. |

| 45 | | - | SECTION 4. Not later than March 1, 2020, the Texas |

| 46 | | - | Commission of Licensing and Regulation shall adopt rules necessary |

| 47 | | - | to implement Sections 1305.101(a)(3) and 1305.162(e)(2), |

| 48 | | - | Occupations Code, as added by this Act. |

| 49 | | - | SECTION 5. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
